You're welcome Gary, but after re-reading his OP, I'm not sure he
wasn't at "Command prompt only". Even though that "should" have worked.
JS, if that fails, download and create a 98 boot disk from
http://www.bootdisk.com/ ,
and try running the command from a floppy boot.
