how do i cancel those images from oe?

How do I cancel all images in received emails:

will not contain pictures, specialized fonts, animations, or other rich
content. Additionally: etc"

However, I have plain text enables, then I sent myself an email with an
image attachment,
when I received this email the image was clearly displayed, so this
statement above is
false.
