A user in the network accessed the server shares through the run command. He
or she deleted a very important file. My question is where does the file go
when it is deleted? It is not in the recycler on the server or on the
individuals computer nor their recycle bin? Thanks for your time!

Files deleted via the Run box go into the never-never. You'll
have to retrieve it from your backup.

The space the file or folder occupied is marked as usable. IF said space
is overwritten, all gone, if not overwritten an "Undelete" program may
recover the info.
