You should use something like Restoration
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.html
or Recuva
http://www.recuva.com
from a usb drive or another hard drive in your system. You want to avoid
writing any data to the disc from which the files were deleted until you
recover them or else they will get overwritten.
