Im so tired of my information being tampered with

I am a school student and things like my date of birth has bee tampered with
on my pell grant info. How can i possibly monitor this action?

Set the permissions such that only you can access the file. Attempts to
access the
file by others will show up in the security event file.

Another way would be to place the sensitive data on a removable disk. Then
put
the disk where it is protected by lock and key.

That's hard to answer, as it depends on the network setup, and where the
security breach is happening.

From what you say though, it looks like the school needs to put out an
employment ad for a decent IT guy!
