I have a family that want help with restricting what the kids can acces when
the PC starts up. I have given a admin - Mum and Dad and a user account -
Family.

But not sure how to stop the Family user ftom acessing things like IE and
MSN messenger etc.

I want the Admin Admin which is padssword protected to have access to
everything.

Can you help me understand how to do this.

I have tried the Set program access and defaults but that seems to change
for both.

Cheers
Mike
