recovery files

we are using files from shared folder on the network in our company.
Sometimes any file does been deleted by users. But we could not recovery
this file. How can we recover?
Is there any options or settings? Or this is a bug?

This is not a bug. Files that are deleted over the network do not go into
the Recycle Bin on either of the two machines involved. The only way to get
the file back is to run data recovery software on the machine hosting the
original file. This may or may not be successful, depending on how long ago
the file was deleted and whether the space allocated to it on the hard
drive has been overwritten by other data. If you do want to attempt data
recovery, stop using that computer immediately. Let me know if you want
more details about data recovery.

You need to look at how you've set up your computing environment in your
company - permissions, restrictions, backup, etc. - as well as personnel
training and rules. The latter is not a technical issue. For the former, if
you don't have an IT Dept. because your company is small, hire a competent
local computer professional to come on-site and set you up properly and
then show you what s/he has done. Document this so you will have an
understanding of how things work. The computer tech should not be someone
from your local version of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad. Get recommendations
from colleagues, friends, etc.

You'd have to recover any deleted files from the preceding day's backup
of the network share.
