The Creative Service for CDROM Access service failed to start due to the
following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

If I right-click one the Event 7000 in the event viewer I get the above
message.
How can I find out where it is looking for the file?
also I have a few events that produce the following:
The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more
time sources, however none of the sources are currently accessible. No
attempt to contact a source will be made for 15 minutes. NtpClient has no
source of accurate time.
Is that a clue something is not right or should I ignore it?
