All 4 of the printers in our offline on the network keep going offline.
Sometimes if we delete all items in the queue and recycle the power they
come back online. It is a completely random occurrence, I have checked the
network cables, I can ping the printers, but sometimes they bring themselves
back online, other times they don't! They are all different brands or
models but it happens to any of them. Three are over five years old and
never had this problem until recently.

What else can I check?

Check you network switch(es), hub(s) and router. I seen similar
problems where the central "controlling" network part is failing.

The hub, switch and router are all under 6 months old. What kind of
"checks" so you suggest? The physical connections seem OK.

Check network and power cables
I had a bad router that had flaky power connection right out of the
box new and seen a router that when hot, all network access
disappeared.
