Do the keyboards work on OTHER computers? IF so, your problem is
HARDWARE related, and NOT related to the OS. In that case.....

Ask elsewhere

Gurney,

Actually - if the keyboard(s) *do* work on other computers (as you state)
and not on this particular computer *in Windows XP normal mode* - it could
very well be an issue of the hardware in relation to the particular
installation of Windows XP. (Drivers, etc.) We do not have enough
information yet - as far as I see...

Only if the keyboards *do not* work on other computers and/or the keyboards
also do not work before Windows XP boots (such as to get in and utilize the
system BIOS or to select Safe/Normal mode, etc) - then it is strictly a
hardware issue and probably does not belong in this newsgroup.

rogeepete,

Please answer in the newsgroup...
- Are these keyboards USB or PS/2? (or something else?)
- Can you use the keyboard(s) to get into the System BIOS at boot-up (before
Windows XP starts)?
- Can you use the keyboard(s) in Windows XP Safe Mode?
