Hello,

I'm struggling with a problem I have seen online elsewhere, but no
solutions.... I have this wonderful keyboard and mouse, mouse works,
kbd doesn't. I have already tried:

Changing channel on receiver
Hitting the connect button on the keyboard
Replacing the batteries
Moving the reciever around.

I have downloaded the lastest driver. The strange thing is, the dialog
box in Intellipoint Pro shows full signal strength and battery power,
even when I unplug the batteries!!!

HELP!

Many thanks,
Irv

Do you have USB keyboard support enabled in the BIOS. Provided your system
isn't too old the USB keyboard should work at the BIOS stage but will not
work with windows if it is disabled in the bios.
