Whenever I boot XP Home SP2 I receive this message:

Windows - Drive Not Ready - in message box header.

Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 4
75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c - message line

"Cancel" Try Again" "Continue" - Options

I take "Continue" and systems continues booting and don't seem to have any
operating issues.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

Thank you,

JHG

I'd go to the website of your HD's mfg and get their diagnostic utility and
run it
to make sure the drive is not failing

Never mind.

I had removed the floppy drive and did not disable it in the Device Manager.
Also had not removed it in the BIOS.
