From last one week every times I reboot the computer it starts check
file system on E drive & shows some errors on the E drive & gets hang.

Next time it again starts checking the drive , finally I have to cancel
the disk check everytime.

I have scanned the disk with HD Tune, it has shown 4 bad blocks at
different locations, help me to get rid of these bad sectors.

Start, Run, type "chkdsk e: /f /r" without the quotes and hit the
ENTER key.

Instead of HD Tune, use the diagnostic software from the hard drive
manufacturer.

In addition to the reply by Bob I, make sure to do regular backups,
especially of files on Drive E. Even if the manufacturer's diagnostics
check out OK, do a long format on Drive E, just to re-mark the bad
sectors. If this problem persists, then the it would be worthwhile
to replace the hard drive with a new one. (But if one had the time,
a run with Bob Gibson's Spinrite might be worth the effort.)

I believe the spinrite was one of his best strikeout pitches.
