Theme Not Installing?

I recently re-installed Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 onto my Dell XPS
M140. I had previously had a Final Fantasy theme installed, mainly for the
mouse and sounds because I have Windows Blinds for the rest. I just recently
tried to install it again but nothing happens. It says it's installed, but
the sounds aren't set, the mouse remains the same, and my screensaver doesn't
change. Does anyone here know why this might be happening?

Note: I also installed a lot of Stardock applications this time that I
hadn't last time.

Haha, after messing around for a bit I realized that I didn't have the theme
selected. It was a very dumb mistake on my part. Nevermind.
