That won't prevent copying or moving files. They will still be able
to do it with keyboard equivilents or from a command prompt.

I know that,
to overcome that issue i can disable Windows+X hotkeys, and the Cmd
prompt
i just want to remove the copy and cut options from the right click
menu
the rest i can take care of.

a low level keyboard hook could be written to do that, i just dont
know how to name the registry key, as in if you want to disable the
gpedit, you can give a key(DWORD) naming it as DisableGpo

what i want to know is how to name the key, To disable Copy, Cut on
the right click

Afraid I can't offer any help, but it seems to me that if you disable all
these ways of accessing such fundamental aspects of Windows' operation,
users won't be able to copy/cut/paste anything at all - text within a WP
app, a picture into an e-mail, etc etc. Is that really what you want?

Windows XP General newsgroup. Do a search for "context menu handlers". That
might help.
