I got Biztalk DVD,i want to write it to cd.
IS it possible ?

Give it a try; copy the contents of the DVD to a hard drive and then copy
from the hard drive to a CD, providing there is enough room on the CD and
the DVD isn't protected in some manner.

Might be like trying to store a gallon of water in a teacup.

CD-Rs max out in the 700 MB range

Single side two layer DVD can store up to 9 GB. Thats about a dozen CD-Rs.

Some video editing applications can produce CDs with video quality
that's significantly degraded from typical DVD quality though. The
results look a bit like extended play VHS.
