When I boot up (XP Pro with all updates) I have a annoying
problem. Norton AV is loaded after my network connection,
Zone Alarm and other services. Consequently I get a balloon
message saying that my system is at risk because the
firewall is not active. Once Norton is loaded the message
goes away.. This started happening recently but I can't tell
what changed.
I've looked in the files shown in msconfig to see if I can
change the sequence of loading. I don't see (or can't
interpret)what's going on. Can someone tell me how the
system determines the loading sequence and if I'd have
problems if I changed it.
Like I said this is not a major problem... just an annoyance.

thx for the help...
