Hi,
I'm stupid and I've deleted my System Volume Information folder on an
external HD. Noe I ca'nt see any file but it keeps the space reserved
as if everything was already there. Is there any way to recover my
data?

Thanks a lot.

You should not have System Restore set to monitor any drive / partition
other than that which contains your Windows folder. Monitoring an
external drive is not required.

that?

There would not be any data files in the System Volume Information
folder. When you click on the external drive in Windows Explorer what is
displayed by way of contents? Also try Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management what does it
say about the drive?
