XP and, if so, what's it called and how can I access it?

Look for Windows Movie Maker, it comes as part of windows XP.
Click START - PROGRAMS and look down the list.

No, it's on the XP original disk and part of the OS. If you didn't get
it, you didn't get a true operating system set of files. Complain.
