You just posted this everywhere you could find, eh?
You cannot in Windows XP.
Use Remote Assistance.
Use UltraVNC.
Remote Desktop in Windows XP was not designed to allow the local user see
what was going on if a remote user was logged into the system at the time
they are sitting there at the computer itself.
