Is there any way to collate similar topic Word files into 1 folder using XP
Pro, SR2, MS Office 2003?

If you mean "is there a way to move similar topic files of any kind into 1
folder, the answer is "of course".
You just create the folder which you intend to use.
Then, you search your computer for the files which have similar topics (i.
e. similar names), and copy them to the folder.
If these files do not have a filename which indicates the subject, then you
are in for a lot of work.
