I'm running Windows XP Professional with the hibernate feature. However,
ever ytime I come out of hibernation I have to put in my password. Is there
a way around having to do this?

Try this := Control panel; Users and passwords; Users tab; uncheck "users
must enter
a user name and password to use this computer".

Try this,

Go to Control Panel and double click Power Options.
In Power Options, click on the Advanced tab.
Remove the check mark from the box next to "Prompt for password
when computer resumes from standby".
Click OK.

Good luck
