Folder Problems

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem either making new folders or renaming them, the error
message says;

Renaming, moving or deleting new folder 3 could make some programs not work.
Are you sure you want to do this.

("new folder 3 was just a random file for the sake of my query.)

I would really appreciate it if anyone can help.

It`s basically to do with file association . If you installed any
software you may be asked if you want any file associated with it .
