styleref returns nothing

Hi,

I was trying to add in a styleref to the word document (word 03) as follows

Appendix {STYLEREF \s "Heading 4"} - Testing Only

but it shows Appendix (blank) - Testing Only, instead of Appendix A

That styleref works in the footer of the document. Does it only work for the
footer or header?

Styleref works in header or footer. Do you have a blank paragraph or even a
space formatted with Heading 4 style that the field is picking up?
