info from a 31/2 floppy disk to a normal disk. I am at
the moment doing a computer course and I have to learn
how to do this. Please can you send me info urgently

Karen,

This is really a Windows question, not Word question,
and definitely not a VBA question (VBA = programming).
But here goes:

Double-click My Computer
Double-click the (A:) icon (the floppy disk)
Find the file you want in the list.
Single-click it.
Press CTRL+C to copy (or click the toolbar COPY button)
Click the UP button on the toolbar, or press Backspace.
You'll be back to the first window.
Double-click the (C:) icon (the hard disk).
Find the folder you want to put the file in.
Double-click it.
Press CTRL+V (or click the toolbar PASTE button)
