Is there a script of some way to import the value of an external spreadsheet
cell into a txt box or label in a word document.

That txt box or label would have to dynamically update every time the
document is opened, so it would have to read every time the document is
opened.

Hi Gordon,

Simply copy the value from the worksheet and paste it into Word using Edit|Paste Special, chossing the 'Link' option and your
preferred data format.
