One simple way is to make three copies of the page and in each one,
selectively apply hidden font formatting to two of the three parts.
If we really knew why you wanted to do that, there might be a more suitable
method to give you.

All I want to do is to save the header, footer, and the body of a
formatted page into separate files without loosing the format. thanks
