I have a Microsoft Word form and would like to know if I will be able to
export the text, check boxes and drop-downs to an excel format. Can you
please advise?

Thanks

Do you mean you want to export the form itself, or the data from the form
after it's been filled in?

If you mean the data, check 'Save data only for forms' on Tools > Options >
Save. The form results get saved to a CSV file, which Excel can read.

If you mean the form itself: no, not really.
