Hi, Sidney,
The IncludeText field can update both ways. If you change the source
document, then go to the destination document, select the field, and press
F9 to update it. If you change the text in the field in the destination
document, then leave the cursor in the field and press Ctrl+Shift+F7 to save
the change back to the source document.
Both of these are listed in the Help topic on "keyboard shortcuts" under
"working with fields".
