Dudes what is a vertical tab and how do I view/find out where it is??

Hey J,

The term "vertical tab" is left over from the way-back days of TeleType,
which is where all the ASCII (later ANSI) codes came from. Now Word uses the
term only in Visual Basic, in the constant vbVerticalTab, to refer to a
manual line break. If you want to find one in a document, open the Edit/Find
dialog, put the code ^l in the Find What box (that's a caret and a
lower-case ell), and click Find Next.
