Place the cursor where you want the cross reference.
Do CTRL-F9 to create a field.
A pair of field brackets will appear {}.
Between the brackets, type: "REF myBookmarkName" replacing myBookmarkName by
the name of the actual bookmark.
With the cursor still inside the brackets, which should now look like: {REF
myBookmarkName}, do SHIFT-F9 to toggle the field code and update the
content.
If nothing appears, it means that the bookmark does yet contain text.
