I am using Word 2004 for Mac. I have created a form and the form has
been filled out. Now I need to make a change to the form. When I
unlock the form, make the change and then re-lock the form, all the
data that was entered into the fields disappears. How can I make a
change without losing my data? Hundreds of the forms need to be
changed and I don't want to have to completely redo all of them.

Thank you so much for your help!

I'm afraid I am still having trouble. I don't know how to access
Add-ins. I tried to do it by creating a template, but it didn't work.
Is there a place with more detailed, idiot-proof instructions?

Thanks.

If you re-read that webpage that Jay gave you, you'll see that the word
"Addin" is actually a link that will take you to more information. And there
are other links at the top of the webpage to help find other things.
