If I have a word doc that my employees need to fill out and then I need the
information they put in to be able to be transposed into an Excel doc, is
this possible and if so how do I do it?

Thanks,

The only way I was able to accomplish this, Liz, is to copy it (a table, in
my case), then go to Excel and Edit-->Paste. Then copy, then go to a new
sheet and Edit-->Paste special-->Transpose.

Anne,

That sounds good but, my problem is my contracts person has a word doc that
employees need to fill out, but our vp wants the info they put in the word
doc to be able to some how automatically be able to be transposed into his
Excel doc. I don't believe it can be done, but it's worth asking.

Thanks so much,

Liz Burns
