Hi, mg,

You certainly can't run Word itself on a Blackberry, because the
operating system isn't compatible. Here's a short article about eWord,
a word processor for the Blackberry, that says there's a converter for
Microsoft Word:

I have no idea how many features the converter can or can't handle.

If Blackberries PDA's are equiped with Pocket Office then
those PDA's are as compatible to desktop MS Word as
Pocket Word is compatible to MS Word.
