You show me the macro and I might be able to tell you how to turn it off.
Take a look at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/CheckIfAddinsInstalled.htm
Chances are that your toolbar is coming from and Add-In. Uninstall it if you
don't like it.
Otherwise, you can get rid of the security warning by checking the option
under macro security to trust installed templates and add-ins.
