Linda,
Jay is quite right; there is nothing _you_ can do to make your macros enable
automatically, apart from getting a digital certificate - and even then the
security warning may be displayed under certain circumstances. However, there
are things you can ask your _users_ to do that may help:
You can ask them to set their macro security to Medium - which looks to
already be the case as they are being prompted about enabling macros. Then
you can ask them to ensure that your form / template is published to a
"trusted location". In most versions of Word currently in use, this means in
one of the locations specified in the Options dialog for User or Workgroup
templates. (Word 2007 is a bit different in that you can set other locations
as "trusted" as well - altho I'm not too sure about how well this works as
I've seen more than a few posts on the subject.)
And of course, you could always ask them to set Macro Security to Low - but
MSFT recommends against this and so would I, as I wouldn't want the liability
for allowing a virus to get in.

Cheers!
