Hi threre.
Can somebody help me with this. I have a document based on
a template. The template are 6 pages long, but the word
documents contains characters only on page 1-2-3. When the
user prints the document, the print always take all 6
pages (waste og paper!!).
Is there a way to find out that the last character is on
page 3, and then print only page 1,2 and 3??

The burning question is why does the template have six pages of which three
are apparently empty? Word will add pages when they are full. Surely it
should not be necessary to create a document with lots of blanks?

An easy way to get around this is to insert a section
break at the end of your text. In the print dialog box,
select the 'Pages' radio button and enter s# in the text
box, where # is the section number of the text, i.e. s1
for section 1.
