I have a graphic in a Word XP file. Text wrapping for this image is set to "Tight", but I can also change it to "Square" with the same results

Every time I try to position this image it jumps back up and aligns itself with the very top edge of the page. What is going on????????????????????????????????? I move it and it jumps back

To make it even more crazy, I can position another similar image in the location I want, just not the one image. WHAT IS WRONG!?!?!?!?!?!

Please advise and help....thanks very much in advance.
