Last year my computer crashed so I had to buy a new one. I lost my Microsoft
Office 2000. Is there a way of redownloading this software without having to
repay for it a second time?

Did your computer crashing also manage to damage your Word2000 installation
disks?

If your original computer came with MS Office 2000 installed as an OEM
version (Dell sold many this way) then it is illegal to install it on
another computer, even if you still have the installation CDs.
