Wow was that quick - thank you VERY much for the help.
It took about 5 seconds for it to clear up the issue that
has caused MUCH headache in this household over the past
week (uninstalling office, reinstalling, reinstalling XP,
etc, etc.)
You are truly a computer life saver.
