will load the global template for that user.
If you want it to load for ANY user on that machine, put it in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Startup
or something similar.
Also, putting a global template into Startup will load it automatically, on
Startup. If you do not want this, you can have a global template (a code
container essentially) in any folder, anywhere on your network. Then you can
load it whenever you want.
Most people use Startup as it IS automatic.
