I have created some macros, now I do have MSOffice 2002 and the keys such as
alt+crtl+f9, alt+crlt+f4 that I set the macros under do not work. Now on my
old PC I think I had an older version of Office they worked. I already set
it to Low security. What else can I do to get those macros working?

Those key assignments are stored in the copy of normal.dot. (Which is
presumably where those macros are stored also.) Copy normal.dot to your new
machine.

Copy normal.dot to your new machine with a different name. Store it as an
Add-In in your startup menu and your shortcuts will apply. (Assuming older
version was at least Office 97.) See
http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step instructions
on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations including
AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros, etc.
