You'll need an on-exit macro that checks the status of the box. It would
then (1) unprotect the form, (2) disable the unwanted form fields, (3)
reprotect the form without resetting the formfield contents, and (4) advance
to the next field. A exercise left for the student, or someone else with a
bit more time.
