Does anyone know where I can find any tutorials on how to incorporate ASK
fields (with prompts) into my forms?

Thank you, Karen

You may want to look into using a userform instead. If you have more than a
few ASK questions for the users, they get really cumbersome to manage and to
use.

See the article "How to create a Userform" at:

I agree that you should look into a UserForm. Also consider what Word calls
an "online form." Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow
the links at http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

In answer to your question, I have a short tutorial on ASK and Fill-In
fields at http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm.

Hope this helps,
