I would like to know, what type of compensation and salary package should I
offer and what I should type in the contract as far as work performance
duties include?

Hi Isewong

This newsgroup is for people who use Microsoft Word, and generally discusses
how to use the program. This probably isn't the right place to seek advice
on salary packages.

You might find templates for a contract at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx, or try Google.

Hope this helps.

$50,000/year, full medical. 20 hour Work Week, preferably noon to four, 5
days a week. NO WEEKENDS. As long as I get one meal a day out, performance
is adequate. Anything greater gets a 10---> 15% bonus.
My application is attached

Only $50K? I was thinking more like $75. And a 25% cut of all tips.

As good as the people are that answer queries in this newsgroup, I doubt
that they could answer your question.. you need the help of a Small Business
Advisor, not somebody who answers questions relating to the performance of
MS Office Small Business Edition..

And the people here don't even necessarily include "somebody who answers
questions relating to the performance of MS Office Small Business Edition."
This newsgroup is for new users of Microsoft Word (any edition).
