I need to write letters in Endlish and convert to Chinese before I send them,
Microsoft tell me to PURCHASE proofing program but nobody knows what I am
asking for.
Is there an otherway????

I'm not sure there is another way but I believe using proofing tools is the
best way to prevent mistakes and communicate your document effectively in
another language.

The proofing tools will not translate your document for you, you need a
human translator for that, or you will end up with gibberish. What the
proofing tools provide are spell checking tools for languages other than the
standard languages supplied as part of the Word package.
