How do I insert a symbol in Word Art?
I am trying to insert the symbol 00E9 (ie the French e with an acute accent)
into a Word Art display. I cannot find any way of doing it. I am using

regarding image display
My aim is to create help files from HTML workshop.
I actually created web page from wordfiles which contains the images
.png,.jpg for each image. .when converting help files image could not be
displayed.for that i replaced .png files to .jpg files in the HTML source
code.
In the MSWord I actually pasted the images from paint brush.
my question is ,Is there any away of pasting the images easily for creating

How do I attach data from an Excel file to a Word document?
I have written an invitation to a fair that we are about to attend, and now
we want to send those invitations to our customers to invite them to our
stand at the fair. The addresses, that is company names, attentions, P.O.
Box, postal no and city are written in Excel, in different cells. How do I do
to attach these data to the Word document that would make the invitation look
more personal? Any ideas? Im grateful for all help I can get.

how do i find baby border for a baby shower invitation
would like to make a baby shower invitation with a baby border around the
card. i found the borders but there are sooooo many, how can i only get the

"increase indent" icon. Instead of indenting the selected text the entire

Question about Tables
I have Word 2000 and have made a document using tables for my personal codes
and passwords used on the computer.
This document is 5 colums wide and uses as many rows as needed to fill a
page. Then it goes on to the next page in the same format.
I'd like to remove the table outlines and revert this document to a straight
page written format.
I've tried several ways to do this by making a copy of the pages and working
with the borders and shading and table delete tabs with no real luck.
Can someone please give me the exact path to simply get rid of all the lines
that make up the tables on this document so I then can see what's written
there without the tables being visible?

When i want to type a question mark, quotes or brackets all i get is an e
with an accent mark not the symbol. is something wrong with the keyboard or

I got a 60 day free trial of microsoft office. I seem to have word as part of

Turning off spelling and grammar prompts
Hello All
How does one turn off those little red and green squiggly lines in MS
Word that incidicates spelling and grammar problems. And if I turn them
off and email the document, will the person to opens the document see
them anyway?
The problem is that Word unlines items that are intentionally done the
way they are, and it makes the document look unprofessional.

Mailing Labels grief
Here's the problem: Started with a table to allow for 8 - 2.5" x 4" labels in 2 columns
with narrow margins between labels. Each label also includes a table row for return
address and one for address. (Just like Avery 5163.) Now enter a return address and a
mailing address in the top left cells (formatted center/center). And for a finishing touch
insert an auto shape (rectangle with rounded corners) in the return cell. Format the auto
shape for hor/vert center, full transparency. As soon as I drag the shape into a cell, the
text jumps to the top of the cell. Nothing I do to shape or text will remedy the
situation. As soon as I drag the shape away again the text jumps back to the center of the
cell.
This was going to be quick and dirty but is turning into a frustration. How can I place
the shape and the text right on the center of the cell?

I am trying to create a form that has form fields to be entered by the user.
I want to have a drop-down field form that has a list of entries. Depending
upon which one is selected, I then want (presumably by a macro on exit)
certain text to be displayed below.
I have no idea how to program Visual Basic so hoped that there would be an
automated way to do this, but if there is, it has so far remained elusive.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

File locations for downloaded templates?
Using MS Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition.
Where do I save downloaded templates to so they will display in Word 2003
when I click file, new, templates, on my computer, other documents? I have
downloaded templates but to use them I have to go to C:\Program files\MS
Office\Templates then the specific template.

Using Word XP. A row in my table has two lines in column 1. I want to keep
those lines together (not have Line 2 on a different page than Line1). I've
