I have created a form in MS Word 2007, but I was wondering if there was a way
to also add a button to allow users to reset the form once they have
completed it. I often see PDF documents that have a reset function, and I
need to do the same thing.

You should distribute the form as a template; users create a new document
based on the template, and it will always be empty.

Thanks Suzanne. I realize I can distribute the form as a template, but our
clients have asked if there was a way to add a reset button, like some of the
PDF documents that are out there. In essence, they can fill out a template,
send it to us, then select reset to clear the fields.

If it is not possible, that is what I will tell them. As such, I really just
want to know if this is possible.

Thanks in advance.
