1) Is there any way to attach more than one envelope to a
letter?
2) Why, when I select Tools-Envelope is the font in the
delivery address always wrong. I have to go into the
Options-Font and change it on every envelope I do.

My office is switching from WordPerfect to Word and these
are only my first big problems.

Apparently not, but you could use a separate envelope template such as the
example available for download on my web site, which you could adapt to your
requirements. You can, print more than one copy of the envelope if you wish.

The font style is configured in the envelope address paragraph style, but
would be overridden by manual formatting in the addressee block in the
letter. See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm

To permanently change the font of the delivery address and retur
address, open the Normal template and modify the Envelope Address o
Envelope Return style

Thanks to all of you! I apologize for the faux pas of contacting anyone
directly. I've learned my lesson! Thanks again.
