I'd like to create a drop down box in a Word table. When I get to the V
area, I'm not sure where to type in my list of items to get it to work
:confused: Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

ActiveX controls are not the best way to do this in most cases. You would be
better off using an AutoTextList field (if this is not to be a protected
form) or a dropdown list form field (in a protected form). For information
on AutoTextList fields, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextList.htm. For information on
protected forms, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
